Raw Peanutbutter Crisp Balls

I love eating a treats as a pre-work out. These raw peanut butter crisp balls are an excellent source of complex carbs, protien, and healthy fats. You will feel fueled without them sitting heavy on your stomach. Sweet, simple and delicious.

 Raw PB Crisp Balls Recipe

2 Puffed Rice Cakes (unflavored and unsalted)
1 tbsp + 1 tsp Peanut butter
1 1/2 tsp Melted Coconut oil
1 Tsp Agave


Steps
Heat your peanut butter in a pan over medium heat. Stir until melted.
Break your rice cake into small pieces and put them in a bowl.
Add remaining ingredients and stir until combined.
Form your balls and place them in the freezer for at least 30 min.


If you want to top yours with raw chocolate like I did, use one serving of my raw chocolate recipe.
